Story of Strength
Based on the Central Coast, New South Wales, Frederike and Annette are the heart and soul behind Mamamize.
As fellow moms, we’ve journeyed through the whirlwind of motherhood — the late nights, the endless responsibilities, and the constant balancing act.
Mamamize was born out of a desire to help women rediscover themselves, break free from societal pressures, and embrace their inner strength.
What a wild ride it’s been!
Mamamize started as an idea in 2016 with the birth of Frederike’s first child. Life shifted into turbo mode in 2018 when her twins arrived, putting dreams on hold as she navigated raising three boys under two.
In 2022, Frederike relocated to Australia, and in 2023, co-parenting became part of her journey. Meeting Annette in Australia was the spark that brought Mamamize to life.
Annette’s shared passion and insight turned a long-held vision into reality, and in 2024, Mamamize officially launched.
Together, we’ve created a space to empower moms to rediscover themselves, embrace self-care, and thrive through all stages of motherhood.
