Based on the Central Coast, New South Wales, Frederike and Annette are the heart and soul behind Mamamize.
As fellow moms, we’ve journeyed through the whirlwind of motherhood — the late nights, the endless responsibilities, and the constant balancing act.
Mamamize was born out of a desire to help women rediscover themselves, break free from societal pressures, and embrace their inner strength.
Frederike has faced the unique challenges of raising three children in just two years, while Annette has navigated the complexities of guiding her sons through adulthood.
Together, we’ve come to understand that prioritizing ourselves isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
